Public investment disbursement reaching over 1,652 billion VND

In 2025, the People's Committee of Long An province is set to allocate more than 8,945 billion VND in public investment capital. By April 30th, more than 1,652 billion VND had been disbursed, reaching 17.1% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister and 18.47% of the plan allocated by the Provincial People's Committee.

Of which, the district's capital management is over 2,335 billion VND, disbursed 830.5 billion VND, reaching 35.56% of the plan; the province's manage is over 6,610 billion VND, disbursed over 821 billion VND, reaching 12.44% of the plan.

The disbursement of all capital will contribute to the province's economic growth rate according to the set plan, increase income, and stabilize people's lives. However, currently, the province's capital disbursement rate has not met the set requirements, reaching much lower than the same period in 2024 (in the same period, capital disbursement reached 26.56% of the capital plan).

The People's Committee of Long An province requires investors and related units, especially those with low disbursement rates, to focus on overcoming limitations and shortcomings, proactively and effectively implementing solutions, ensuring that by the end of the second quarter of 2025, at least 50% of disbursement must be achieved./.
